an omakase at eternity’s gate is a painstakingly tailored experience designed to guide each guest simultaneously through a set menu and crafted environment. the host always carefully selects the ambiance through natural sound or music, lights are altered to create a perfectly calm yet excitable environment, each guest receives the same menu and identical experience which allows for a communal growth. each omakase will allow for multiple time slots, flexing with everyone’s schedule. the final omakase of the night will allot time for a carefully prepared dinner and chado to end the night.

what should i wear?

an omakase at eternity’s gate is designed to be a comfortable formal experience with customs blending from various regions of the world. guests are asked to remove their shoes before being seated at the table. guests are expected to wear socks during this occasion. we ask guests try and avoid loud-patterned clothing. we strive for a relaxing yet stimulating environment; it is easy to become distracted by outside aesthetic during an omakase. hats are asked to be removed at the table as a sign of respect.

are cell phones allowed?

we simply ask all guests to silence their phones and watches during the experience. the less distractions in the room, the more entrancing the performance.

how many courses?

omakase at eternity’s gate will always have a minimum of four courses, often times multiple more. we do not have a set number of beverages or delicacies to prepare for each omakase. we simply design the menu based on inspiration.

what if i have an allergy?

please contact your host at connect@eternitysgate.coffee before your event so the host may remove the ingredient from your experience. despite striving towards perfect food-safety, everything is made in the same preparation environment; please note our delicacies and beverages may have come into contact with any of the following: dairy, eggs, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, berries, cinnamon, common household spices

what if i’m dairy-free?

unfortunately during omakase at eternity’s gate, if a drink contains dairy it cannot be substituted. our drinks are painstakingly crafted with the milk in mind. some of our drinks use dairy alternatives instead of dairy due to pairing necessity. not all courses will contain dairy. we strive to design a minimum of 33% dairy-free options during each event. with more courses, the ratio of dairy used decreases. when black coffee is served no additives, unless instructed by the host, may be used.

can i come to more than one scheduled time?

we ask our guests to refrain from signing up for the same omasake experience twice. we understand the excitement however we strive to share our experiences with as many individuals as possible.
