producer: ivan solis / origin: santa maria de dota, tarrazu, costa rica / elevation: 1500-1900masl / variety: catuai / processing: cinnamon anaerobic washed - coffee is pulped, combined with cinnamon powder, fermented anaerobically 3-7 days.
